Bhubaneswar, April 2 -- The Government of Odisha is set to roll out the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the proposed Kanya Sumangala Yojana, with detailed guidelines expected to be announced shortly. The development was confirmed by Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida on Thursday.

Speaking to the media, Parida said that the scheme has already been announced by the Chief Minister in the state budget, and the government is now in the final stages of preparing the SOP. Once finalised, the complete framework and implementation details of the scheme will be made public.
