Bhubaneswar, April 26 -- In a shocking incident that unfolded in Odisha's capital city Bhubaneswar, an elderly grocery shopkeeper, aged 67 years old, has been arrested for allegedly entering a hostel and brutally raping an MBA student. 

The victim, a young woman studying for her MBA, filed a complaint at the Info Valley Police Station, leading to the immediate arrest of the accused on Sunday. According to sources, the rape accused has been identified as Deepak Pradhan.

The police acted swiftly after the complaint was registered by the victim, and the elderly man, who reportedly lived in the same area, was taken into custody for further investigation.
