India, July 28 -- The Odisha government has taken a major step towards developing a new IT hub in Bhubaneswar by inviting Expressions of Interest (EoI) from developers for a proposed IT Park at Damana Square.

The Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), functioning under the Electronics and Information Technology (E&IT) Department, has issued the EoI to identify potential developers for the project. The proposed IT Park will come up on a 25-acre parcel of land currently owned by the General Administration Department.

According to officials, the EoI process is aimed at assessing market interest and gathering inputs from prospective developers before the project moves to the next stage.
