Bhubaneswar, May 29 -- Ekamrakanan-Hatiasuni parallel road project in Bhubaneswar entered its final phase. Construction work is expected to be completed within the next 10 days, officials said.

The state government is planning to inaugurate the project during celebrations marking two years of the government. The road project is expected to ease congestion on key routes in Bhubaneswar, particularly along the Jaydev Vihar-Nandankanan corridor.

At present, construction of the roundabout is underway, while drainage work, installation of street lights and barricading work have already been completed.
