Bhubaneswar, Nov. 3 -- Sword-wielding miscreants once again created panic in Odisha's capital, Bhubaneswar on Monday evening.

According to reports, the incident took place in the Budhanagar area under Laxmisagar police station limits.

Reportedly, more than eight masked attackers went on a rampage in the area, creating panic among residents.

The victim has been identified as Ranjan Das, staff member of a private hospital, a native of BJB's Mainshikhala basti.

As per reports, the miscreants allegedly vandalised vehicles and brutally assaulted Ranjan. They also reportedly attacked another youth with swords.
