Bhubaneswar, May 20 -- Two persons were arrested in connection with the shocking assault incident that took place on Giri Road in Berhampur earlier this week. The accused, Raj Malhotra and Lingaraj Samal, were apprehended by Town Police following a detailed investigation into the viral attack video.

Police also seized two scooters, a stick allegedly used in the assault, and a mobile phone from the possession of the accused. However, the prime accused, Sandeep Sahu, is still absconding, and efforts are underway to trace and arrest him.
