Bhubaneswar, April 23 -- A chilling case from Bengaluru has sent shockwaves after a 27-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly burning her boyfriend alive under the guise of a consensual "role play." The incident reportedly took place on April 21, 2026, in the Anjananagar area of northwest Bengaluru.

According to preliminary police findings, the accused, identified as Prema (27), and the victim, Kiran (27), had been in a relationship for nearly two years and worked together at a mobile service shop in Rajajinagar. Investigators suspect the crime was premeditated.
