Bhubaneswar, Aug. 6 -- The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) on Thursday gave the green light to the much-awaited Ekamra Residency housing project at Subuddhipur, marking a significant step towards expanding affordable urban housing in the state capital.

To facilitate the allotment process, the BDA has constituted a Price Estimation Committee, which will determine the final cost of the apartments. Officials said the flats will be handed over to the allottees after obtaining the required partial clearances. Applications for the housing project will remain open until the end of August.
