Bhubaneswar, April 19 -- Nine months after the alleged murder of a man in Odisha's Balasore district, the victim's family on Sunday knocked the door of the DIG, seeking justice and demanding the arrest of all accused persons who are yet to be apprehended.

According to the case diary, Sheik Kalu of Gopinathpur village under Simulia police station in Balasore district was murdered in July 2025. Following the incident, Simulia police registered a case and arrested two persons in connection with the crime.

However, the family alleged that several other individuals involved in the incident still remain at large despite repeated appeals to the police. Nine months have passed by, but the local cops have failed to trace the absconding 'murderer...
