Bhubaneswar, July 11 -- An ATM was uprooted by a group of miscreants at Tudigadia Chhak under Khaira police station in Odisha's Balasore district in the early hours of Saturday. The incident took place between 2 am and 2.30 am, when five unidentified persons allegedly used a Mahindra Thar to pull out the ATM before abandoning it a short distance away.

According to preliminary information, the miscreants tied the ATM machine to the rear of their vehicle using a rope and dragged it out of the kiosk. They then hauled the machine along the road before leaving it near Tudigadia Chhak and fleeing the spot.
