Bhubaneswar, March 29 -- A 60-year-old man and his two grandchildren were killed after a speeding Mahindra Thar ran them over in Khod village under Pataudi in Gurugram late Friday night, police said on Saturday. The accused driver has been arrested.

The victims were identified as Subhash Khan and his grandchildren, Ishant Khan (8) and Jaid Khan (10), residents of Milakpur Goojar in Alwar, Rajasthan, who were visiting their grandparents at the time of the incident. Police said the accident occurred around 10:53 pm on a curve along the road connecting Lokra and Khod villages while the trio were taking a post-dinner walk.
