India, July 22 -- A government primary school in Raniguda village of Rayagada district, Odisha has come under scrutiny after allegations surfaced that the husband of the headmistress has been handling the school's administrative work, while her daughter also frequently visits the campus. Parents have also alleged that regular classes are not being conducted properly and students are being deprived of mid-day meals.

The allegations relate to Raniguda Government Primary School, where 57 students are enrolled and three teachers have been posted.
