Instead, it was sparked by something far more unexpected when a woman staged a protest over two missing panipuris.

A middle-aged woman created a stir near Sursagar Lake after claiming she was cheated by a street vendor. She alleged that she paid Rs 20 for six golgappas but was served only four. Feeling wronged, she sat in the middle of the road in protest, demanding the "missing two puris."
