Virgin Australia takes off from Canberra to Bali
Hong Kong, June 24 -- Virgin Australia (VA) has commenced nonstop flights from Canberra to Bali in Indonesia. Read More It is the airline's first international service from the Australian capital. The inaugural VA127, operated by 737 MAX 8 registration VH-8IK, took off from Canberra just before 1630 local time on Monday and touched down in Bail about six and a half hours later. The aircraft was on the ground for about 90 minutes before departing as the reciprocal VA128 for Canberra. VA has scheduled three return flights a week on the route.
