Hong Kong, April 15 -- China Southern Airlines (CSA) flew 14.6 million passengers on its domestic, international and regional flights in March, up from 13.3 million in the same month a year ago. Read More The number of domestic passengers rose 8.3% to 12.5 million, international travellers grew by 22.2% to 1.9 million and regional passengers climbed 16.1% to 162,040. Passenger load factor was 1.1 percentage points higher at 85.8% as capacity was increased by 12.4% year-on-year and demand, or revenue passenger kilometres, improved 13.8%. At the end of March, CSA had 971 aircraft after adding one C919 and one 737 MAX 8 during the 31 days. There were no aircraft withdrawals in March.
