India, Aug. 7 -- Food and beverage (F&B) services cafe chain operator, Oriental Kopi Holdings Berhad, is expanding into Indonesia through a strategic joint venture (JV) between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Oriental Coffee International Sdn. Bhd. (Oriental Coffee International), and PT Era Boga Nusantara (EBN). EBN, also known as Erajaya Food & Nourishment, forms part of Indonesian retail conglomerate PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (Erajaya). Separately, Oriental Coffee International has also entered into a Territory Franchise Agreement (TFA) with Coffee Time Ltd (CTL), a Mauritius-based integrated F&B operator, to bring the Oriental Kopi brand to Mauritius.
