India, Aug. 4 -- Danone and Arcor have completed the formation of their joint venture in Argentina, bringing together Danone Argentina SA's dairy business, Mastellone Hermanos SA and their shared logistics subsidiary, Logistica La Serenisima.

The new partnership combines Danone's three-decade presence in Argentina with Mastellone Hermanos' nearly 100-year heritage in the country's dairy sector. Logistica La Serenisima will provide the joint venture with an integrated logistics platform.
