Guwahati: The Gauhati High Court on Thursday did not take up the bail application of Siddharth Sharma in connection with the Zubeen Garg death case, as the bench of Justice Parthivjyoti Saikia refused to accept the case and declined to hear the bail application.

According to court proceedings, the application was not heard and was subsequently ordered to be placed before another bench after allocation by the Registrar. The court declined to proceed with the matter during the day's hearing.
