Guwahati, Aug. 11 -- The Gauhati High Court will hear Siddharth Sharma's pleas on Tuesday seeking permission to reopen the drinking water factory known as Mahavir Aqua and continue operating a bank account linked to the case involving Assamese singer Zubeen Garg.

The court had earlier rejected both pleas, but during the last hearing, Sharma's counsel requested more time to file objections against the decision.

The court granted the request and scheduled the next hearing for August 11.

The petitions are being heard amid ongoing investigations into the functioning of the Mahavir Aqua factory and allegations regarding money connected to singer Zubeen Garg.
