Guwahati: The trial in the case concerning the death of Assamese music icon Zubeen Garg, who passed away in Singapore on September 19, 2026, continued on June 15 as court proceedings entered another significant phase.

According to sources, the court is scheduled to record the testimonies of four complainants whose statements are considered important to the ongoing proceedings. The individuals expected to depose before the court are Rahul Goswami, Gautam Bhattacharya, Raj Goswami and Dipankar Thakuria, all of whom had filed FIRs in connection with the case.
