Agartala: Tripura Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Tuesday said the state government has decided to introduce portable transformers and mobile towers as emergency measures to reduce public inconvenience during crisis situations.

Speaking to reporters after a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Manik Saha, Nath said the government has been considering the introduction of mobile transformers and mobile towers to ensure uninterrupted services during disasters and emergencies.
