India, Feb. 9 -- Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Sunday alleged that the Tipra Motha Party-run Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) has been marked by financial and administrative failures, and warned that the state government could make public details of what he described as unethical practices within the council.

Speaking to reporters, Saha claimed that retired employees of the autonomous council had not received their pensions due to poor financial management. According to him, the situation reflected a lack of budgetary discipline on the part of the council administration.
