Tripura appoints Guardian Ministers for all eight districts, aims to strengthen development monitoring
Agartala, July 18 -- The Tripura government has designated Guardian Ministers for each of the state's eight districts to improve supervision of development projects, strengthen coordination among government departments and ensure the effective delivery of welfare schemes at the grassroots.
According to a notification issued by the General Administration (Confidential and Cabinet) Department on July 17, Cabinet ministers have been assigned specific districts where they will serve as the state government's representatives and oversee developmental activities.
