Agartala, April 18 -- Tripura royal scion and Tipra Motha Party founder Pradyot Kishore Debbarman on Saturday alleged that a few BJP leaders with roots in Left politics had misled Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha ahead of the TTAADC elections, leading to misunderstandings between the BJP and Tipra Motha, allies in the BJP-led coalition government in the state.

Speaking to reporters after a visit to the Lok Bhavan, Debbarman said, "I think there are many good people in the BJP.
