Guwahati, July 23 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday announced that the government will establish fast-track courts to ensure quicker trials and strict punishment for those involved in examination paper leaks.

The announcement came amid intensifying student protests over alleged irregularities in competitive examinations. Addressing the issue for the second consecutive day, Modi said the welfare and future of the country's youth remained the government's top priority.
