Dimapur, Oct. 16 -- Kohima Deputy Commissioner B Henok Buchem launched the Ward-19 App at Central Plaza in Kohima on Thursday.

The app aims to improve communication between citizens and ward authorities, facilitate the reporting of local issues and provide easier access to information.

The Ward-19 App is an initiative of Ward-19 councillor Medoviu Martin Suohu under the Kohima Municipal Council (KMC). It features a grievance portal, a development gallery, a council directory, emergency contacts and notifications to improve communication and transparency.
