Dimapur, Sept. 24 -- A total of 24,178 electors have been listed as "uncollectable" in the six assembly constituencies of Nagaland's Kohima district following the publication of the draft electoral roll under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) on September 20.

According to a notice issued by Kohima DC & DEO B Henok Buchem on Thursday, the draft electoral roll was prepared based on the enumeration forms collected by booth-level officers (BLOs) from all polling stations.

The list of electors whose enumeration forms could not be collected was prepared at all polling stations following meetings between BLOs, booth-level agents of political parties and other stakeholders.
