Guwahati, July 18 -- Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on July 18 inaugurated the state's first-ever block-level CM CONNECT Centre at Sohiong and announced development projects exceeding Rs 140 crore aimed at strengthening infrastructure and public services across the region.

The projects span multiple sectors, including tourism, road connectivity, drinking water supply, agriculture and community infrastructure, reflecting the state government's focus on balanced rural development.
