Imphal, April 9 -- The victims' family of the Tronglaobi blast in Manipur's Bishnupur district has urged the state government to arrest those responsible within five days, stressing that no amount of compensation can replace the lives lost.

The family made this appeal during a media briefing at Raj Medicity, where the injured mother is receiving treatment for serious injuries sustained in the blast.

Around 1 am on April 7, under the jurisdiction of Moirang police station, the blast took the lives of her two children, a five-year-old boy and a five-month-old infant.
