Manipur: EKCA condemns Kultuh attack, 2 dead and homes destroyed

Guwahati: Eastern Kuki Chiefs' Association (EKCA) has strongly condemned Thursday's early morning attack in Kultuh village in Manipur, in which two civilians were killed and seven houses, including a church were set ablaze.
The attack reportedly took place around 4:00 am, during which unidentified armed assailants entered the village and torched at least seven houses, including the village church, causing extensive damage to property and places of worship.
Two victims were identified as Letminlun Haokip, Head Deacon of Kultuh Church and Lunminthang Haokip, Youth Chairman of the same church. Both were described as respected community leaders actively involved in church and social work. Two other civil...
