India, Dec. 21 -- A delegation from Japan's Kagawa Prefectural Assembly is visiting Manipur to strengthen bilateral cooperation, with a focus on human resource development and sectoral collaboration.

The Kagawa Prefectural Assembly serves as the legislative body for Kagawa Prefecture in Japan.

During the visit, the delegation met with Chief Secretary Puneet Kumar Goel and the Secretary of Skills, Labour, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Government of Manipur.
