Governor Nand Kishore Yadav joins anti-drug campaign at NIT Nagaland, urges youth to lead
Dimapur, Aug. 2 -- Students, faculty members, staff and officials of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Nagaland on Sunday reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the Government of India's 100-week Nasha Mukt Yuva for Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan, pledging to promote a healthier and drug-free society through sustained awareness and youth-led initiatives.
Nagaland Governor Nand Kishore Yadav attended the programme at the NIT Nagaland campus in Chumoukedima as part of the nationwide campaign against substance abuse.
The 100-week campaign, launched by the Government of India, aims to mobilise young people, educational institutions and communities to combat drug abuse and contribute to the vision of a Vikshit Bharat.
