Guwahati, Oct. 12 -- The Zubeen Garg Fan Club will organise a protest demanding justice for the late singer at Zubeen Khetra in Sonapur, at 11 am on Monday, October 12.

Announcing the programme, the club's general secretary, Piku Borgohain, appealed to the singer's admirers and members of the public to gather at the venue and participate in the demonstration.

Zubeen Garg's wife, Garima Saikia Garg, also shared the announcement on social media, calling for a peaceful protest and a united demand for justice for the singer.

The planned demonstration comes days after the Gauhati High Court granted bail to singer Amritprabha Mahanta, one of the accused in the case concerning Zubeen Garg's death.
