Guwahati, June 30 -- Young Indians (Yi), an initiative of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in association with the Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), has announced the Young Indians Parliament (YiP) 2026, which will be held on July 3 and 4 at the Assam Legislative Assembly in Guwahati.

Organised by the Yi Guwahati Chapter, the programme aims to promote civic responsibility, constitutional awareness and democratic participation among students.

The event is open to students of Classes IX to XII and is designed to help them understand the functioning of India's parliamentary system through simulated parliamentary proceedings.
