Guwahati, Sept. 10 -- Several people travelling in a four-wheeler were injured in a crash on NH-27 at Chamata in Assam's Sonapur on September 10.

Coming from Jagiroad, the vehicle was heading towards Guwahati when the accident took place. What caused the crash has not yet been established.

The injured passengers were taken to a nearby hospital shortly after the incident for treatment. The exact number of people hurt and details about their condition are still awaited.
