Guwahati, July 17 -- All IndiGo flight operations at Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA) in Guwahati will be shifted to Terminal 2 (New Terminal) from 12:01 am on July 20, 2026.

Following the transition, all IndiGo arrivals and departures will be handled from Terminal 2, which has been developed to provide improved passenger facilities, operational efficiency and enhanced travel experience.

The new integrated terminal features a bamboo-themed design inspired by Assam's cultural heritage and incorporates modern infrastructure and sustainable design elements. The terminal has also received international recognition for its architectural design.
