Guwahati, Aug. 16 -- Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma reviewed the progress of Project Sadbhavana with senior government officials on August 16, with a focus on speeding up administrative processes and clearing pending cases.

During the review, the government decided to organise departments into 10 clusters, with each cluster to be headed by an Additional Chief Secretary. The arrangement is aimed at ensuring mission-mode monitoring and quicker disposal of pending files and cases.

The government will also launch a dedicated web portal to track pending matters and facilitate their faster resolution.
