India, Dec. 19 -- Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president and Jorhat MP Gaurav Gogoi on Friday morning alleged that the charge sheet filed in connection with the death-related case involving popular singer Zubeen Garg was not intended to deliver justice, but was instead aimed at tarnishing the artist's public image.

He directly accused Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma of attempting to malign Garg's reputation in the eyes of the people.
