Guwahati, July 29 -- The body of Tutumoni Duwara, the last of four family members who went missing after being swept away by floodwaters in Assam's Charaideo district, was recovered on Wednesday, ending an 11-day search operation.

Tutumoni, a resident of Abhayapuri village under Tengapukhuri Police Station, had been missing since July 19 when flash floods struck the area. Her recovery confirms that all four members of the family lost their lives in the tragedy.

Search teams had earlier recovered the bodies of her daughter, Bidisha Duwara (30), and her sons, Bidyut Duwara (36) and Biplab Duwara (25), over the course of rescue operations.
