India, Feb. 26 -- The Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has announced a 36-hour shutdown of its digital infrastructure to carry out a major cloud migration exercise.
In a communication issued on February 25, the power utility said all public-facing platforms and internal operational systems will remain inaccessible from 9 p.m. on February 28 to 9 a.m. on March 2. The temporary suspension is part of a broader technology upgrade aimed at improving efficiency, scalability and overall service delivery.
