Guwahati, July 30 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu is the fourth richest chief minister in India and the wealthiest in the Northeast, with declared assets worth Rs 332.56 crore, according to a report released by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR).

The report, based on self-sworn election affidavits of all 31 sitting chief ministers from 28 states and three Union Territories, places Khandu among only four billionaire chief ministers in the country.
