Dibrugarh, Aug. 15 -- Four people were killed in a landslide at a road construction site in Arunachal Pradesh's Upper Subansiri district, while five Army personnel remained missing after a flash flood swept away two shelters at an Army camp in Dibang Valley, officials said on Saturday.

Both incidents occurred on Friday evening following heavy rainfall in the two districts.

In Upper Subansiri, the landslide struck the Keojaring-Byaching road construction site, burying several workers under a large mass of debris. The deceased were identified as Tadu Baki, Taji Rai, Markosh Basumatari and Babul Ali.
