Guwahati, Aug. 31 -- The Asian Centre for Human Rights (ACHR), an NGO with special consultative status with the United Nations (UN), has accused the Bangladesh government of undermining democracy and failing to ensure peace and security in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) ahead of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), beginning on September 8.
