Guwahati: Around 40,000 Class 12 students have registered for CBSE's answer-script verification and re-evaluation process, the board said on Wednesday.

According to CBSE, students have been able to complete the application process without any major difficulties so far.

The board also clarified that several payment options are available on the portal. Students can use payment gateways provided by State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda and Indian Bank.

CBSE said candidates do not need to have accounts with any of these banks to make payments. Fees can be paid through UPI, net banking, debit cards and credit cards.
