India, Nov. 4 -- UNICEF said on Nov. 3, 2026 it was “deeply alarmed” by reports that three children were killed and five others injured when an airstrike struck a school serving displaced children and families in Loikaw Township, Kayah State, Myanmar, on Oct. 31.
