India, Aug. 12 -- Telemedicine is helping medical teams in the Central African Republic access specialist advice that would otherwise be difficult to obtain, strengthening care for patients at Carnot Hospital and supporting doctors working far from the capital, Bangui. Doctors Without Borders, known as Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF), is using a telemedicine application to connect its teams with healthcare professionals elsewhere.
