Baidoa Faces Famine Risk
New analysis by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) found that thousands of internally displaced children and families in Baidoa, southwest Somalia, could fall into IPC Phase 5, the level associated with starvation and collapse of livelihoods.
