Palestine, April 10 -- Israeli forces continue to systematically violate the ceasefire that was announced on October 10, 2025 through daily attacks on Gaza, while authorities continue to deliberately obstruct aid to the Strip, said Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) today.

While the intensity of the conflict has decreased since the ceasefire was announced six months ago, the reality in Gaza remains catastrophic. People are suffering and dying needlessly as they can't access basic necessities, have been forced into poor living situations, and have few options for medical care amid a decimated health system.
