India, Sept. 22 -- Members of former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan's family and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activists have been detained ahead of the party's planned march to Islamabad on September 27, prompting Amnesty International to accuse authorities of violating fundamental rights.
Family members taken into custody
Imran Khan's sister Aleema Khan was placed under 30-day administrative detention at Lahore's Central Jail, Kot Lakhpat, on September 20 under the Punjab Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960.
