India, Sept. 25 -- Amnesty International has called for the abolition of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), saying a new investigation found widespread human rights violations during immigration enforcement operations under the Trump administration. The report examined operations in Chicago, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New Orleans and Washington, DC.

The organisation said its researchers documented racial discrimination, arbitrary detention, harassment, intimidation, degrading treatment and unjustified use of force by federal agents.
